Qualifications:
Understands and is able to perform a number of tasks within the team
Has completed a recognised apprenticeship or experience to equivalent depth, and or breadth.
Able to demonstrate relevant experience within the skill group
Key measures and milestones:
• To attain approved operator stamp with scope approval relevant to job role
• Understanding lean methodology and principles
• To complete tasks on-time and to the required standard
• To minimise job card variances
• To adhere to SHE requirements of the area. Co-operate with management to meet the employer's legal duties and take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions
