g impactful visual content that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. This role will support executive communications, finance transformation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across the Electrical Sector (ES) and Corporate EMEA functions.
Narrative Development
Create and maintain a consistent corporate narrative that reflects business priorities and transformation goals.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure messaging aligns with organizational identity and strategic outcomes.
Visual Design
Design high-quality presentations, infographics, and dashboards for executive-level communication.
Develop visual storytelling assets for internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with the ES & Corp EMEA President, Finance, HR, and Communications teams to deliver cohesive messaging across channels.
Coach internal stakeholders on effective storytelling and visual communication techniques.
Innovation & Best Practices
Leverage advanced tools (e.g., Powerpoint, Power BI, Adobe Suite) for data visualization and narrative design.
Stay updated on industry trends in corporate communications and design."
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field.
5 or more years of experience in corporate communications, visual design, or related roles.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and data visualization tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to translate complex financial and strategic concepts into clear, engaging narratives.
