Understands the customer pain points and actively engages them for technical needs.
Collaborates with internal, product management/support , commercial sales teams and partners to engage strategic customer in applying Eaton solutions and writes content for technical and commercial proposals.
Evaluates project/opportunity risk and constraints and proposes relevant solution which meets performance requirements.
Analyzes technology environment and assesses customer project needs.
Present technical papers and create technical content for social media and marketing needs in the form of case studies or technical notes.
Participate in technical and/or standards commitees.
Supports Marketing function in developing functional requirements as per evolving regional markets needs.
Serves as liaison between marketing and product managers.
Provide competitors capability analysis.
Provide trainings for technology partners and value-added resellers
Develop prototype solutions and demonstrate Eaton solutions on premises or through virtual sessions.
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineering Bachelor's, Master's degree would be a plus.
Extensive experience and solid technical knowledge of Data Center Solutions & designs.
Self-driven personality and team player.
Eager to learn and develop technical competences.
Strong communications skills: professional level of English, local and other language is advantage.
Proposals writing and other content creation.
Ability to translate deep technical discussions for non-technical stakeholders.
Structured approach to problem solving and performance monitoring.
Able to work and travel within EU region without any restriction.
