"Key Responsibilities:
Market Insights
Gathers and provides insights for buyer and campaign journey development - work closely with the global CoEs to provide local market and customer insights
Campaign Management
Drives activation of integrated campaigns including customer-facing activities such as media, events and support for PR activities.
Validates buyer journey maps and integrated campaign topics and messaging with customers.
Organizes and executes events (webinars, seminars, regional fairs).
Contributes to setting up lead nurturing workflows and scoring models to prioritize leads with the CoE.
Owns local lead management process for sales opportunities generated by integrated campaigns
Manage the budget for the campaigns and ensure that all activities stay within the allocated amount.
Content Development & Sales Enablement
Develops limited specific content for local needs or local fragments of global campaigns.
Aligns sales and marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging and lead generation activities.
Enables sales with tools, content and insights needed to engage prospects and drive conversion.
Tier2 Partner Programs (when relevant)
Ensure partner engagement and enablement
Together with sales leaders and partners, defines, delivers local co-marketing plan and events with major partners and track results.
Contributes to the end-to-end Partner Program lifecycle.
Ensures alignment with overall marketing goals, manages digital experience and utilise PRM software to efficiently manage partners.
Data Analysis & Insights
Regularly reviews local campaign performance including ROI and work closely with the global CoEs to constantly optimize campaign tactics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in technical studies or/and marketing

Skills:
"Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, content management and orchestration platforms. Fluency in Salesforce CRM/ PRM is a plus.
Experience with reporting platforms such as Power BI.
Familiarity with sales enablement content and tools
Fluent in (xxx) and English
Experience working with cross-funcitonal teams, matrix organizational settings in a dynamic
Relevant industry/sector experience
