What you'll do:
This role, reporting directly to the Demand Planning Manager EMEA, will be responsible for managing a network's Demand Planning across all country sales organisations in the region. Sitting within the central Demand Planning team, this role will work closely with PLMs, Sales and the rest of the end-to-end planning network to create an accurate demand plan within a 3-24 month time horizon at product group level.
The role requires management of the demand planning process for the assigned network (product lines), geography, and product portfolio - planning for short, medium and long term requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning
Skills:
Experience and knowledge of Supply Chain Management, SIOP, ERP systems, and Demand Planning.
Change management, thought leadership, ability to work in a matrix environment.
Result-oriented, process-minded, customer-orientated
Strong Communication skills
