Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) compliance on-site.
Represent the Project Manager in local coordination meetings.
Coordinate Eaton and vendor activities daily.
Provide daily written updates to the Project Manager.
Lead on-site teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
Audit testing and commissioning processes.
Organize site training and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications:
Electrical Engineer degree or Qualified Electrician certification (mandatory).
3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, construction site safety, and quality management.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, and cabling documents.
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Datacenter experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Customer-facing experience is critical.
English required; additional languages beneficial.
Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively.
