    Position summary

    on teams, site management and key decision makers. Your role will focus on three main areas:

    • Restructuring Financials & Reporting

      • Coordinate data from various finance teams and projects
      • Oversee monthly close and forecasting for restructuring
      • Maintain key trackers (projects, headcount, accruals)
      • Provide analysis and insights to senior leadership
      • Prepare reports and presentations for decision-making
    • Data Analytics

      • Ensure accuracy of data used in operational dashboards
      • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
      • Support teams with data collection and reporting
      • Help enhance dashboard design and maintain global standards
    • Controllership Balanced Scorecard

      • Build and manage scorecard tracking models

      • Ensure timely, accurate reporting

      • Interpret results and suggest corrective actions

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Master degree (professional qualification) is preferred.

    • Relevant and extensive working knowledge in Accounting and Finance in multinational corporate environment, SSC/BSC background is preferred.

    • Experience in functional business analysis and information management.

    • Strong technical skills in MS Power Point, Power BI, MS Excel, SAP/Oracle.

    • Fluent in business English, one or more local country language fluency desirable.

    • Ability to operate and deliver independently.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders through data insight.

    • Change management, continuous improvement and problem solving mindset.

    • Able to work as part of a team and adhere to company standard processes, practices & policies.

    • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and participating in confidential projects.
