    Position summary

    o deliver statutory and audit. The role interacts with many stakeholders including corporate technical accounting, tax, zone controllers, business leaders, and EY and other third party auditors. In this role you will support the EMEA Statutory Portfolio Manager on their portfolio of entities to deliver statutory and audit, also:

    • Prepare workbooks & GAAP to Stat directed by EMEA statutory portfolio manager

    • Create the Thomson Reuters (TR) templates and manage the annual creation of financial statements using TR

    • Support the data gathering for US and Statutory audit of a portfolio of entities

    • Create standardized tax packs and provide support and response to tax queries

    • Support process improvement & other projects as requested

    • Support audit centralization initiatives & rationalization projects

    • Preparation of SOP & process documentation and ensuring it remains updated

    • Maintain strong relationship with EY and other third party auditors

    Qualifications:

    • University degree in Finance & Accounting, or relevant field of study

    • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferable

    • Relevant working experience in Statutory and Audit area is a must

    • Knowledgeable managing a portfolio of legal entities in multinational company

    • Experience working with 3rd party auditors across regions and countries

    • Excellent English language skill (other European languages are helpful) with strong communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Strong system knowledge (Oracle/SAP)

    • Change management and process improvement mindset, Lean or Six sigma experience is desired

    • Proactive and enthusiastic personality with strong influencing skill
