4. Familar with Standards(UL, IEC), preperation of test plans and validating
5. Data banks creation for specified Electrical products, working with contractual engineers
6. Conceptual or theoretical activities related to fundamentals of Electrical Engineering, physics,product design and development knowledge for ideas creation and execution
7. Colloboration with various teams like Should Costing, Sourcing, TCO, plant buyers etc., teams
8. Colloborating with supplier and internal customers for executing the cost out projects
7. Conducting brainstorming sessions and comptetior products benchmarking, in colloboration with cross functional teams to generate cost out ideas."

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering
"3+years of experience with Bachelors degree or 2 Years of experience with Masters degree.

Skills:

Hands on experience on design and development of Electrical products and subsystems of - LV/MV.
Experience on Cost out projects, ability to handle multiple projects and exposure to SCM.
Experience on managing large data, data analysis, colloboration with different teams. "
