• Inspect parts and quality of welds using a variety of measuring tools
• Perform rework operations as required
• Interpret orders and drawings to determine procedures and conduct work according to drawing specifications
• Work independently and along side others in the department
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas using Eaton's 5S procedures
• Cross-train in various areas of the department and train new employees in the area
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand throughout working shift and work overtime as needed
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution
Must not be on a written or a final written warning
Employees must complete at least six months in their current role before becoming eligible to apply for another position, including the same role on a different shift. Exceptions may be made based on business need.
