Field Sales Engineer - Industrial

What you'll do:

• Achieve sales goals in the AND distribution channel;

• Maintain distribution of products and/or services;

• Build strong relationships with OCP, JESA, and cement factories;

• Manage customer relationships;

• Develop the customer portfolio in his/her area;

• Work closely with consultants;

• Provide after-sales support to customers;

• Provide technical sales support to Local Sales Teams;

• Prepare and organize technical meetings with customers (mainly contractors and utilities);

• Update project follow-up using the CRM tool;

• Contribute to the marketing plan and strategy for the Industrial Segment, with a focus on OCP projects;

• Report market information from his/her area to the Sales Management;

• Maintain brand awareness in the area;

• Understand the products and their competitive positioning in the area, and communicate customer satisfaction and/or needs;

• Apply the sales policy and Eaton processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering;

• 5 years' experience and more on a similar role.

Skills:

• Electrical experience with LV assemblies (MCC), medium voltage Systems, Indutrial UPS;

• Experience in a similar position;

• Sales and/or marketing experience;

• Experience with Industrial Sector focus on OCP, JESA;

• Strong communicator with solid executive presentation skills;

• Ability to build and maintain high credibility with teams and strategic customers;

• Self-motivated, independent and proactive;

• Fluent in English and French;

• Self-motivated, independent and proactive;

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
