    Position summary

    s in Operations and Specialty Finance roles

    • 2nd Year: One 12-month assignment in Financial Planning & Analysis or Commercial Finance
      Examples of roles within the Program: Accounting & Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Manufacturing/Plant Controlling, Product Line Controlling, Commercial or Supply Chain Management Finance - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.

    Locations & mobility:

    • During Year 1, you will be based at one of our hiring locations in Hungary (Budapest or Győr) and Romania (Sărbi).

    • For Year 2, you will relocate to a different country to complete your final rotation. Second-year assignments are available in the following countries: Italy, France, Austria, the Netherlands, and Hungary.

    • International mobility is a core part of the program and is designed to broaden your professional and cultural experience. Relocation support will be provided in line with Eaton's mobility policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in business with a major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or Analytics from an accredited institution by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.

    • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 2 years of experience).

    • Effective communication.

    • Proactivity and curiosity.

    • Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks.

    • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.

    • Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
