Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

d give the Plant Controller and Plant Manager clear financial insights to support daily and strategic decisions.

Collaboration is key - you work closely with Operations, SCM, Sales, HR, and Controlling. This position offers genuine room to grow into broader Finance Manager or Senior Finance roles, either in the Netherlands or internationally.

What you'll do:

• Lead planning, forecasting, and financial modelling

• Analyse costs, margins, profitability, and operational performance

• Support management with decision-making and risk insights

• Strengthen internal controls (SOX, US GAAP)

• Build strong partnerships across the plant

• Drive efficiency, data improvements, and digital ways of working

• Develop and coach the finance analyst team

Qualifications:

• Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Business

• 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment

• Fluent in English and Dutch

Skills:

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfortable with ERP and data/warehouse tools (SAP / Power BI experience is a plus)

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• A practical, hands-on approach and a desire to grow your career
