The expected annual salary range for this role is $123750.0 - $181500.0 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of the monthly results and rolling forecasts and for providing commentary reflective of the key issues in the business.
Lead the annual Profit Plan and Strat Plan process and preparing / presenting in partnerships with the Director the presentation for executive review
Manage all aspects of restructuring programs including Profit Plan, forecast, actuals, reserve balances, and leadership reporting
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive policy and process improvements
Building proactive reporting tools and analysis
Creating presentations for senior leadership meetings
Leading Finance training and development initiatives
Effectively manage and provide leadership to FLDP
Participating and leading global projects of strategic significance to the Vehicle Group, utilizing direct and indirect resources as required to ensure success
Acting as a liaison between Sector Finance and the Regional businesses
Interact with senior management in a wide variety of domestic and international projects and provide financial analysis as applicable. Lead special projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.
Controller for all Headquarters Functional spend and budgeting. Manage actuals, forecast, and profit plan reporting.
Partner with other businesses in Mobility Group to create standard reporting and consolidate results, working towards One Team.
Qualifications:
Required Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years work experience in progressive accounting/finance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years experience in accounting/finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
Experience in manufacturing organization
