Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their HR services needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR services function, including but not limited to:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR services to employees and/or customers, providing a high level of customer service and resolving escalated issues
Provide services to customers within the stated timelines in the service level agreements.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms to gather employee feedback and continuously improve HR services
Implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant HR services function.
Represent HR Services to external customers as well as various departments within Eaton.
Determine annual budget and how to allocate funds.
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; Master's Degree in HR, Business preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in a Human Resources or Shared Services Operations leadership position
