- Leads organization change management and communication strategy and direction for GFSS operations.
- Determines and implements an over arching marketing and communication strategy for GFSS operations using a variety of communication channels.
- Drives effective change management initiatives through building positive perception of the new capabilities and changes future state will bring and by determining a strategy to manage resisters to the changes.
- Determines an over arching employee communication strategy for GFSS operations and aligns with all GFSS leaders on the implementation of the strategy.
- Sets direction for a variety of communication methods and defines a change management communication strategy for customers by partnering with the global communication organization.
-Partners with process leaders across the globe to support GFSS customer experience strategy and ensure GFSS customers have a positive customer experience.
- Monitoring and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer and employee satisfaction, providing regular reports and insights to senior Leadership and Global stakeholders
- Ensures integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and conformity of information reported to internal and external audiences from our various communication tools.
- Leads ad hoc projects as required."
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications, Organization Change Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Psychology or Human Resources; MBA preferred.

- 5+ years change management, communications & marketing experience
• 5+ years of experience working in a global shared services environment.
Skills:
- Customer service experience
