    Position summary

    ios and provide strategic guidance in new product development.

    • Participate in business growth, operational excellence, strategic and profit planning, organizational capability and other planning processes.

    • Ensure the use of up-to-date intelligence on business, markets, customers, and competition to create strategies regarding products, pricing, quality, credit and service to maintain and develop new business opportunities.

    • Develop sales and market forecasts, departmental budgets and maintains up-to-date product P&L data.

    • Participate in key customer and distributor interactions (trade shows, industry events) to generate new or expand existing revenues and relationships.

    • Lead the sales organization to ensure Eaton is positioned to outgrow the business's markets.

    • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in development of customer contracts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business or technical field (MBA Preferred)

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, general business with 5+ years direct people management in a similar scope/scale role.

    • Experience in the Filtration industry

    • Proven success leading teams in both a direct and distributor/channel partner model

    • Demonstrated success achieving sales, profit, and growth goals,

    • Prior P&L experience preferred

    • Previous experience with talent selection, recruitment, and conflict resolution

    The expected annual salary range for this role is $ 198,749.97- 291,499.96 note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
