Build/manage a business relationship with Labor Councils- be compliant to labor law at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (HBO) from an accredited institution required, Master's degree is considered a plus.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources or any similar field with demonstrated business acumen.
Legal and labor law knowledge is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing industry or in a similar scaled operational environment.
Skills:
Knowlege of Assessment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Wellness, Labour Relations, Inclusion & Diversity and Matrix Organization.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
ERP knowledge is preferred.
