    Position summary

    iveness while ensuring legal compliance.
    • Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
    • Implement and manage annual training programs, including new employee orientation.
    • Monitor and maintenance of corporate metrics, such as Retention, Turnover, Attendance, Absenteeism, Overtime, Services, etc.
    • Recruitment, Sourcing & Selection of personnel according to established needs and company's processes.
    • Perform personnel administration related processes.
    • Manage the collective bargaining agreement and labor relations processes.
    • Co-responsible for the coordination of the Payroll, including wages and benefits, Social Security, FONACOT, etc.
    • Support for HR Manager in Labor investigations and the proper application of disciplinary measures.
    • Responsible for employees services such as transportation and canteen.
    • Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

    Qualifications:

    Education level required

    • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Psychology or equivalent

    Years and area of experience required

    • 5+ years of experience in similar position

    • Experience in HR in complex organizations or in greenfields (new location/operation/production plant)

    Technical knowledge

    • Fluent in English at business level.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Success factors knowledge (preferably)
    • TRESS system knowledge
    • Labor relations in a unionized environment
    • Mexican Labor law knowledge
    • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition processes
    • Experience leading people
    • ISO 90001 knowledge
    • OEA/CTPAT knowledge
