    Position summary

    ne and quotation follow up for all quotes below threshold and outside of CRM in support of the Zone sales team;

    • Provide basic Technical Support to the associated Zone and market;

    • Accurately process orders and technically evaluate incoming customer purchase orders, ensuring the product matches the customer requirement, and conforms to regulatory certification directives.

    • Manage large orders and key contacts, ensuring all aspects of the project are controlled to maximize customer satisfaction;

    • Develop intimate relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and partners;

    • Develop a working technical knowledge of the product portfolio and certification;

    • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and other entities to ensure accurate technical information is delivered to the customer;

    • Participate in acceptance tests (FAT) and processing of any customer complaints;

    • Contribute to the customer service team's predefined service levels and strive to continuously improve those levels and associated processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate engineer (University of technology/ university of applied sciences), major: electrical engineering / production processes.

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in a technical support of control units / distribution boards and/or commercial service environment

    • High level of Customer Service Interpersonal and communication skills

    • Capacity to effectively organise and prioritise workloads.

    • Excellent collaboration and team working skills.

    • Fluent & Proficient in Spanish & English (Written & Oral)

    • Experience of responding to invitation to tender or expression of interest would be an advantage.

    • Proficient use of Microsoft applications

    • Experience within an industry with high levels of regulation would be an advantage.

    • Experience of working with SAP would be an advantage.

    • Additional Language skills (French, Italian) would be an advantage.
