    Position summary

    market analysis and customer segmentation

    • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning to ensure high forecast accuracy

    • Drive lead generation, qualification, and prospect nurturing across assigned channels and territories

    • Plan and execute call cycles, customer engagements, and outbound sales activities

    • Apply value-based selling to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions

    • Manage opportunities from initial contact through deal closure and post-sale follow-up

    • Track and advance deals through CRM with disciplined pipeline and risk management

    • Lead partner engagement, including Partner Advantage Program performance and growth initiatives

    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) adoption by defining targets and driving market uptake

    • Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to manage quality processes, complaints, and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or partner sales

    • Industry experience in the electrical, IT, data centre, or industrial technology sectors preferred

    • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities through partners

    Skills:

    • Strong time-management and organisational skills

    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results

    • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • Comfortable working with CRM tools, forecasting, and sales analytics
