Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning to ensure high forecast accuracy
Drive lead generation, qualification, and prospect nurturing across assigned channels and territories
Plan and execute call cycles, customer engagements, and outbound sales activities
Apply value-based selling to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions
Manage opportunities from initial contact through deal closure and post-sale follow-up
Track and advance deals through CRM with disciplined pipeline and risk management
Lead partner engagement, including Partner Advantage Program performance and growth initiatives
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) adoption by defining targets and driving market uptake
Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to manage quality processes, complaints, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or partner sales
Industry experience in the electrical, IT, data centre, or industrial technology sectors preferred
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities through partners
Skills:
Strong time-management and organisational skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools, forecasting, and sales analytics
