N. Plan, create and manage cycle counting process as per VG policy
O. Ensure inventory accuracy in the system meeting plant inventory accuracy targets.
P. Perform inventory analysis to ensure optimization of inventory levels, Kanban, and min-max levels.
Q. Participate in ownership of planning and executing periodic physical inventory
R. Create and Publish periodic inventory reports
S. Perform root cause analysis
T. Maintain focus on continuous improvement and change
U. Play key and active role in avoidance of E&O #LI-DG2
Qualifications:
Education level required
Bachelor's degree. Preferred Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration or related career.
Years and area of experience required
5-8 years experience minimum in 3 key areas: Inventory control, Excess & Obsolete process and cycle count supervision.
Manufacturing industry background is a must.
Advanced English Proficiency

Technical knowledge
Broad technical knowledge in the areas of shipping , warehousing and Receiving areas, quality assurance, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Super User, AutoCAD B, Photoshop, Access Databases, Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO, MESH and/or applicable regional initiatives"
