IT Analyst - Site Infrastructure Support
hybrid (3/2), based in our Business Service Centre in Budapest, Hungary
What you'll do:
Support: Deploy, configure, and support hardware and software
IT Service Management: Follow IT service management processes
Initiatives: Participate in IT initiatives and site support
Troubleshooting: Resolve IT issues and conduct root cause analysis
Improvement: Identify and implement improvements
Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT standards and company policies
Audits: Participate in IT audits and influence budgeting
Data Analysis: Analyze data to drive improvements
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate, high school, or bachelor's degree
2+ years of IT experience
ITIL Foundation & CompTIA A+ certified
Fluent in English and Hungarian
Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, and hardware (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
Familiar with IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, phones)
Experience with manufacturing tech (scanners, industrial PCs, etc.)
Quick learner, adaptable to complex IT environments
Knowledge of ITSM processes (Asset, Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management)
Capable of leading IT initiatives
