    Position summary

    This position includes direct leadership responsibility for a team of analysts and engineers delivering business outcomes across the ERP product domain.

    The expected annual salary range for this role is $182000 - $266000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    What you'll do:

    DevSecOps & Technical Strategy
    • Lead ERP DevOps processes across all SAP instances, ensuring code quality, cybersecurity, change & release management, and solution reusability.
    • Develop an enterprise-wide automated ERP test strategy.
    • Build and maintain the SAP BTP strategy and roadmap.
    • Introduce and scale AI, automation, and DevSecOps practices across product teams and portfolios.
    Product Ownership
    • Define and champion the product vision, roadmap, epics, and long-term strategy in partnership with senior leaders.
    • Own and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories, features, technical debt, and continuous improvement activities.
    • Manage full lifecycle product funding, resource allocation, and budget accountability.
    • Develop product personas, customer journeys, KPIs, and outcome measures.
    • Communicate goals for product increments, releases, and sprint objectives.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer across IT and business teams.
    Leadership & Governance
    • Lead, develop, and coach a team of IT professionals to deliver product capabilities and improve performance.
    • Ensure product stability, support, and adherence to governance requirements including cybersecurity, data, policy, and compliance.
    • Drive continuous improvement of product processes (Lean, Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps).
    • Support secure product development lifecycle practices across engineering.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and partner strategy.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand priorities, define outcomes, and align product delivery to business needs.
    • Guide product owners and scrum masters across the ERP portfolio using industry best practices.
    • Collaborate across global teams, business units, and engineering groups to ensure consistent adoption and value realization.

    Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
    • 10 years of IT experience (analyst, project manager, engineer, program lead) on highly complex technology projects.
    • 2 years of experience managing people.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Advanced degree.
    • Product Owner certification.
    • Strong understanding of SAP platforms and ERP DevOps processes.
    • Deep knowledge of QA/testing methodologies with emphasis on automation.
    • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles.
    • Experience with modern software development practices (code management, APIs, automation, microservices, cloud).
    • Proven success managing and developing professional teams.
    • Executive level communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience with design thinking methodologies.
    • Expertise in building and managing product roadmaps.
    • Strong grasp of lean portfolio and product management principles.
    • Data-driven decision-making mindset.
    • Financial/budget management experience.
    • Proven ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.
    • Experience working with diverse, global teams and cultures.
