    Position summary

    nclog toilets, monitor compactor and recycle bins.

    Perform duties prescribed in the daily and monthly schedules and procedures. Complete the daily check sheet and turn into your supervisor. Perform snow removal and sanding of walks as required. Water lawn in spring and summer. Perform related miscellaneous duties as required.Report troubles, hazards or unusual conditions to supervisor. Maintain work area, equipment, supplies, and tools in clean,orderly, safe and habitual condition. Maintain the 55 standard throughout the facility. Observe safety precautions, company rulesand regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Requires the ability to read and write and to carry out instructions in performing variousJanitorial duties.

    • Do you have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution?

    • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

    Skills:

    • Involves some judgment in janitorial duties as well as minor decision making.

    • Light physical effort in frequently working with light material in the removal and disposal of litter, scrap, and other refuse, as well as occasional snow removal.

    • Frequent mental and/or visual attention required.
