Junior BI and Automation Analyst (contractor)

Responsibilities:

• Creating solutions leveraging all Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

• Extract, transform, and load data using Microsoft Power Query.

• Document all developed solutions and assess and mitigate the risks identified in the process.

• Gather regularly feedback from the stakeholders on existing solutions likewise during the development and testing phases.

• Perform software training for end-users in line with Eaton change management processes and guidelines.

• On the job learning and practicing of various business intelligence tools and advanced MS Excel functions for successful reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Finance, Business Informatic, Computer Science, Maths, Physics or related field of area.

• Previous experience (work or internship) in role, focused on data analysis or finance reporting.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Query: able to create and use visuals, trends, metrics and other features.

• PowerBI experience is an advantage.

• Customer-oriented, relationship building and solution focused mindset.

• Ability to learn and keep up with all new tools and technology available within the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Fluent communication in English.

• Oracle and SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.

• A good understanding of Microsoft Power APP is an advantage.
