Assist in the development of global finance transformational initiatives and programs. Develop transformation playbooks, processes, methodologies, training material and process workflows to be rolled out to all of company's global regions, institutionalizing the process and project management knowledge in Eaton. Responsible for production of billing reporting using different time tracking tools and conversion of timesheet hours into billable dollars. Distribution and communications of the billing reports every month with all projects for necessary accruals, follow-up and problem resolution. Responsible for necessary True Ups every month for any corrections and reclasses. Generate month on month billing variance as well as its analysis and conduct RCAs. Position is fixed location based in Cleveland, OH office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience in an Accounting, Finance, or Business role or similar occupation. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
• Project Management
• Waterfall and Agile methodologies

One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
• Project management tools PowerBI and Microsoft Projects
• JIRA
• ServiceNow

40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm. Salary: $118, 373 - $130,210
