To support the Digital Hub teams in growing the digital business
To successfully manage the digital entitlement processes and maximize recurrency
The Licence Management Analyst will be in charge of designing and operating entitlement processes
He/she will constantly measure performance of the fulfillment processes so they can be improved to ensure a seamless buyer's experience
To have a strong ability to engage with all Digital Hub teams as well as the other Eaton functions (Finance, Support, Marketing) to solve customer or partners questions or issues related to software entitlements
To understand the software licensing models and product use rights required to sell Eaton Brightlayer digital solutions
To supervise the entitlement activity regarding the number of entitlements managed per day as well as the satisfaction level with internal teams and Eaton customers or partners
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
Customer Service experience in a global company of 3 years or more in IT preferably software. Address difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
Skills:
Experience in software licensing/product usage rights and compliance
Analytical skills with attention to detail
Innovate - Introduce new ideas and processes for improvement in performance and/or productivity
Design/Implementation/Execution capabilities
Manage multiple priorities and/or projects
Problem Solving - Solve problems with the ability to encourage others in a collaborative problem solving
