Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Electronic or Electronic - Mechanical
o Preferable Master degree in Production, Engineering, administration or other science.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing lines.

Skills:

o Supervisor Experience (Skill, Semi-Skill and None Skill employees).
• Full Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Knowledge in:
o Eaton Business System-EBS (Preferable)
o Lean/ELSS, 6 Sigma
o ISO9000, Quality System/EQS
o Safety practices/MESH
o Process Controls
o Production Standards
o Cost of Quality
