    Position summary

    Program duration: Three years
    • Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments in 2 different countries. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.
    Potential Commercial Assignment include: digital channel marketing, business intelligence, inside sales, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
    Potential Operations Assignments include: lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
    The program begins in September 2025, with the initial location in Romania, Hungary, or Poland, where you will work as a Marketing Analyst. In this role, you will enable and support the deployment of key initiatives for the Marketing function within the Service business in the EMEA Electrical sector. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop the Service marketing toolkit, deploy service sales campaigns, and enhance the internal communication plan to increase the visibility of service activities within EMEA.

    Qualifications:
    • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related) or Engineering by August 2025. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
    • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
