Support new product introductions and drive growth across existing product ranges.
Create and update marketing assets used in global promotional activities and campaigns.
Coordinate daily with stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Segment Teams, Field Product Marketers, Sales, and Global Product Lines.
Orchestrate development of global prime web pages and digital promotion content in alignment with the Web CoE and UX teams.
Brief and manage creative production with Content Operations teams and Creative Centers of Excellence.
Embrace and utilize AI tools to support and accelerate content creation.
Develop high-quality master content to ensure efficient localization and translation.
Actively contribute to process improvement as a full Scrum Team member.
Optional: Opportunity to take on rotational Scrum Master responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification in Marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Strong content creation skills.
Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum & Continuous Improvement).
Excellent communication, creativity, collaboration, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to work remotely in a multicultural, matrix organization.
Fluent English (verbal & written).
