Job Responsibilities
In collaboration with division product marketing leaders, define and support a Group-level software and solutions strategic plan to drive profitable growth targeting the OEM, Industrial, Data Center, Energy Transition and other key markets
Align the wider organization around a solution-level roadmap that considers the PCS-wide product portfolio and encompasses hardware, software, and service revenue streams.
Create and adhere to approved budget and resource planning requirements
Align with product management, sales, AEs, Engineering, Digital Office and other internal departments to ensure alignment to priorities and goals, create recurring revenue business models and drive proper execution to deliver growth targets
Develop and manage strong technical and commercial relationships at key customers as well as internal and external ecosystem partners
Proactively collect VOC (Voice Of Customer) and use to develop an opportunity pipeline to meet aggressive revenue targets
Act as a ""digital advocate"" championing the PCS strategy, while working to remove barriers to success for the team
Strong leader needed with focus on professional and functional development of software-centric roles
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
Minimum 10 years of progressive Commercial (Marketing or Sales) experience
Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing software-based offerings
Basic understanding of electrical distribution systems
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years experience with sales or marketing software-based offerings
Master's degree is preferred
Management of people experience
Data Center Segment experience
Skills:
Proven track record with software product management or sales of XaaS and/or Internet-of-Things offerings;
Successful performance in product definition, Go-to-Market planning, competitive benchmarking, business justification, new product launch and building customer relationships
Highly influential, cross-functional leader with exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
Ability to think and act strategically and make solid decisions
Ability to work in a matrix organization, in virtual teams (across different locations), and cross-cultural environments
Ability to learn, articulate, and support complex products and technologies
Emotionally intelligent leader who excels in development of others

The expected annual salary range for this role is $153749.97 - $225499.96 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
