Master Production Scheduler

uct line teams to schedule orders and provide post order support to customers.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage production schedules for finished goods and sub-assemblies, ensuring alignment with demand, capacity, and business priorities.

• Monitor and resolve supply-demand imbalances, adjust capacity and product mix, and drive corrective actions to maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD).

• Maintain data integrity in planning systems, update parameters, and ensure accurate forecasting for units, dollars, and lead times.

• Optimize inventory and product lifecycle, including phase-in/phase-out decisions, to minimize obsolescence and support new launches.

• Communicate and collaborate across functions and with customers to manage order status, resolve issues, and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.

• Lead and develop team members, supporting hiring, training, performance evaluations, and personnel decisions.

• Other duties as assigned.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or a combination of those functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution

• Experience in Supply chain, specifically within planning and scheduling within manufacturing experience

• Experience with Lean Planning Concepts

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems

• Proficient in MS Excel, Advanced knowledge required

• APICS Certification
