    Position summary

    regulations / behavioral norms

    • Being the Master Trainer for all Bihler machine shift-leaders and operators

    • Being the Master Trainer for all Bihler machines maintenance and tool maker;

    • Being the interface to Bihler Installation team and Eaton team.

    • Documentation Training plan and documents for Bihler machines

    • Monitoring and Optimizating of Bihler machines performance (e.g. OEE, Quality, etc)

    • Supporting continuous improvement (CI) of Bihler related processes in collaboration with other organizational functions

    • Contributing to the optimization and continuous improvement of Bihler related production processes using lean tools,

    • Motivating employees for continuous improvement (CI culture)

    • Working allocation and instruction of the employees

    • Supporting manage Bihler spare parts and maintenance activities

    • Initiating the escalation process in case of issues

    Qualifications:

    • Relevant technical education

    • At least 15 years of working experience with Bihler machines

    Skills:

    • High expertise of Bihler machines

    • High technical understanding curved controlled machines and products

    • Experience with automated systems and machines
