Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in power electronics, preferably in medium voltage systems
Skills:
- Strong understanding of EMEA regulations, especially for medium voltage.
- Proven experience in system architecture and product development.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and design validation processes.
- Ability to interface with customers and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel both overseas and within the EMEA region.
