1. Responsible for process design and implementation for any new products introduced into the plant and do process validation and approval for New products and ensure Process capabilities through Cp/Cpk run.

2. Be part of the CFT members involved in the NPI process and review and take actions on the phase-wise activity matrix and confirm manufacturing readiness to work package approver

3. Responsible for new Jigs and fixture development

4. Conduct Process checks at appropriate intervals to ensure conformance to SOP's/ WIN's and take lead in Problem solving and ensure appropriate corrective actions are put in place for any non-conformances identified.

5. Perform Process FMEA for all the products manufactured in the site and maintain PFMEA and control plans upto date with appropriate changes as identified during various problem-solving events.

6. Perform Process capability study (Cp/Cpk) study and DoE as appropriate and take necessary actions to keep Processes under control

7. Responsible for Machine uptime for Production Equipments, Spend planning and control for Repair & maintenance Ledger

8. Lead implementation of TPM practices in the site and ensure appropriate spares maintenance on time

9. Lead implementation of Lean Manufacturing in shop-floor with the support of Production and CI team

10. Active participation in daily Tier meetings to drive accountability for self and within the team.

Qualifications:

1. Any Bachelor or Masters degree in Engg (Preferably Mechanical Engg)

2. 15+ years of Experience in Process Engineering in an Electronics product Manufacturing/Assembly Industr

3. 6+ years of experience in processes like Manual wave and reflow soldering, Ultrasonic welding, Potting, Heat stacking, Hot stamping etc.

Skills:

1. Hands-on experience in DoE, PFMEA, Control plan, DoE, Cp/Cpk, SPC etc.involved
2. Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing
3. Good Understanding of ESD requirements for Electronic manufacturing.
4. Industrial Automation & Connectivity
   o Experience with Ignition and Kepware for data acquisition and platform integration
   o Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and OPC-UA protocols for seamless connectivity.
5. IT-OT Integration
   o Strong understanding of integrating Operational Technology (OT) with IT systems.
   o Knowledge of network architecture, secure data flow, and interoperability between MES, ERP, and cloud platforms
6. Data & Analytics
   o Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
   o Ability to configure and manage IIoT platforms for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.
7. Digital Factory Tools
   o Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and edge computing solutions.
   o Exposure to digital twin concepts and simulation tools for process optimization.
8. Cybersecurity
   Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for connected devices and industrial networks."
