• Develop and implement strategy for standardizing and optimizing tasks within business and across businesses, with the support of the larger Controllership organization
• Statutory reporting and administration for the sites
• Adherence to all US GAAP, SOX and local statutory/tax compliance requirements must be maintained
• Manager and develop a team of finance professional, providing guidance, training, and development, fostering a collaborate high performance work environment
• Evaluates requirements and provides data for audits (both internal and external) or controls validations.
• Support all strategic projects within the sites and division such as tax, system implementations and other ad-hoc projects
• Partner with sites operations and global support centers
• Execute separation of accounting and FP&A roles
• Support future business transitions of accounting and controls processes and work to the Controllership and Centers of Excellence
• Ethical standards must be always maintained
• Provides all resources needed to ensure that all MESH policies and procedures are performed by all direct reports

Qualifications:
Education level required Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or 10+ years of experience
Years and area of experience required
7-10 years varied accounting/finance experience
5 years progressive manager of people experience with proved track record of success leading teams
English profiency level
