It also requires conflict resolution, collaboration with finance, training peers and customers and supporting system integration and efficiency initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism. The position requires a hybrid work schedule and occasional travel.
In this function you will:
Provide excellent order management support to specific OEM customers that purchase directly from Eaton or through our authorized distributors.
Identify and drive implementation of process improvements
Provide systems and tools training to other departments as needed
Own (coordinate and execute) new employee onboarding and training
Champion and coordinate process change and business unit and sales organization initiatives
Champion, educate and publicize self-service and new AI tools with team members, sales and customers
Ability to constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum four (4) years of customer-facing experience
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Arden, NC to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of CRM software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
Knowledge of Vista, Order Center, SAP and Power Bi software
Familiarity with Eaton's OEM products and plants
