1. 全面管理平顶山工厂的运营工作, 对运营结果负责, 达成年度目标；
2. 全面推动安全、健康、高效生产环境, 管控产品质量；
3. 及时对运营异常做出反应, 并协调内外部资源跟踪和解决问题；
4. 持续改善工厂运营体系、流程、现场管理等, 严格管控运营成本；
5. 培育和建设运营管理人才梯队, 持续提升工厂的产能和运营管理能力。

Qualifications:

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of manufacturing operation management experience.

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历, 10年以上制造业运营管理经验；

Skills:

• Familiar with manufacturing plant operation process and quality management, good at planning.

• Experience in leading organizational change, process improvement or lean improvement projects.

• Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, clear mindset, innovation and willing to change.

• Proficient in English reading and writing.

• 熟悉制造工厂运营流程和品质管理, 善于规划；

• 有主导组织变革、流程改善或精益改善项目的经验；

• 正直, 责任心强, 思路清晰, 勇于创新和改变；

• 英语读写熟练。
