You's main responsibilities:
Duration: Three years
Rotations: Three unique twelve-month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.
Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations-depending on country and business unit placement.
International Exposure: Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.
Program Start: Program Start: Your program journey begins with an EMEA Logistics Analyst role based at our Business Service Center in Budapest, a strategic hub supporting the EMEA region. In this role, you will:
Learn and apply Logistics processes across ES EMEA.
Support logistics projects and contribute to process improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
Track and deliver cost-out initiatives, identifying additional savings opportunities.
The program begins in September 2026.
Qualifications:
Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2026. finance A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
