    Position summary

    welve-month assignments designed to build broad experience in operations management across manufacturing and supply chain functions.

    • Potential Assignments: Lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, operations project management, logistics, or services operations-depending on country and business unit placement.

    • International Exposure: Two rotations will take place in different countries across the EMEA region.

    • The program begins with a CI Process Engineer role at our Vantaa (Finland) plant. In this role, you will be a key contributor to business growth, facilitating Continuous Improvement (CI) kaizen activities by applying various ECIS tools in practice. The role focuses on analyzing improvement opportunities and supporting process and layout optimization to maximize capacity and floor-space utilization, as well as enabling and supporting potential outsourcing activities.

    • The program begins in September 2026.

    Qualifications:

    • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering) by August 2026.

    • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience).

    • Effective communication.

    • Proactivity and curiosity.

    • Excellent analytics and data processing skills.

    • Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks.

    • Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company.

    • Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
