In this position you will;
Generate leads through targeted prospecting, networking and relationship building. Collaborate with internal sales teams across verticals and geographies.
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities to support product line growth objectives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
Engage with clients to provide best in class Cybersecurity / OT Strategy and industry guidance to maximize client's long-term business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with top decision makers at key clients including C-level executives, IT and OT leaders to drive long term engagement.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Manage sales pipeline, including lead qualification, progression, and closure.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the management.
Collaborate with legal, finance and extended sales teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product development and market positioning.
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or comparable degree
5+ Experience selling IT and OT security service solutions.
5+ years of experience in sales consulting, or business development
Must reside within a 50 mile radius of a major airport
Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Experience selling to both IT (CISO, CIO Security Architect/Manager) and OT personas (Plant Operations).
Good understanding of customer pain points in some of the following segments - Data Centers, Industrials, Healthcare, Government WWT, Power & Utility segments
Experience with Power Systems, Digital IoT Software & technologies, Process controls systems (SCADA, DCS, BMS, PLCs), Substation, Microgrid, Smart Grid, OT Subsystems (HVAC/Security/Fire)
Familiarity with NIST, IEC 62443, CIS Critical Security Controls (CSC) or other industrial control standards.
