ponsibility to prepare and submit all the required documents and technical responses to customers at the project development stage, bidding stage, contract stage.
Responsibility for project management to support the sales manager focusing on technical relevant matters for smooth communication with customers and factory.
Preparation for bidding documents and submission working with the sales manager.
Technical meetings and presentations to the customers and the channels supporting the sales managers.
Work with Sales Managers and Customer Support Representatives in Korea to ensure prompt FAT, shipments, and services.
Provide weekly business update report to & meeting with supervisor
Provide technical support including customized solutions to meet customers' needs and respond to questions from customers in Korea.
Supporting the sales manager to develop, propose, and initiate the promotion of the products and the solutions in Korea such as hosting seminars and participating in trade shows.
Organize product and technical solution training for the channels & the customers in Korea.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, majoring in Electrical Engineering.
10~15 years' related experience.
Significant technical knowledges of Electrical products and solutions such as MV & LV Switchgears, Transformers, and Protective Solutions for Switchgears and Transformers.
Proactive and Self-motivated under a variety of challenging circumstances
Transparent, On time communication with, and reporting to supervisor
Strategic thinking skills with creativity
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Decent level of Speaking and Writing skills in English for communication.
