Z. Manage R&D laboratory, build prototypes and evaluate samples of products under development.
AA. Conduct ideation events for potential new products developments and/or products improvements. Submit potential intellectual property.

A. Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
