    Position summary

    ecification and prescription activities across major projects.

    The role focuses on building strong relationships with consultants, ministries, developers, and key end users, influencing decisions early in the project lifecycle. You will ensure Eaton's Power Distribution and Industrial Controls solutions (LV & MV switchgear) are specified, approved, and included on project vendor lists, supporting successful project conversion.

    This role offers high market exposure and a strong opportunity to shape project outcomes in Egypt's electrical market.

    What you'll do:

    • Map design consultants in Egypt and ensure Eaton's Power Distribution and Industrial Controls products and solutions are prequalified and Eaton brand appears in the vendor list

    • Deploy prescription actions with the design consultants by promoting Eaton's product advancements and technology.

    • Undertake Eaton's Power Distribution and Industrial Controls products and solutions prequalification with the end users.

    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the consultants, developers, ministries and end users.

    • Enhance Eaton brand image in the region by regularly conducting product seminars and technical workshops to the target audience.

    • Assist the sales team in securing site consultant and end user approvals.

    • Create demand and increase market share for Eaton.

    • Evaluate market trends and competitor activities in the region and align strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

    • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in Egypt

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of MV and LV switchgear

    • Excellent communication skills, building strong relationships

    • Excellent presentention and communication skills
