Power Distribution Services Sales Engineer

• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to define growth areas.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and effective CRM pipeline management.

• Collaborate with Country Sales, Local Service,EMEA Service Teams and Key Account teams to achieve common goals.

• Lead local PD Service Sales resources and support their performance.

• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and represent the company at industry events (min. 50% travel).

Qualifications:

• Educated at Bachelors' degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Business

• Strong experience in sales, business development for power distribution products and solutions of at least 5 years

Skills:

• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through collaboration and influence.

• Customer Engagement: Skilled in negotiations and confident in representing the company at industry events and presentations.

• Market Awareness: Strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the relevant region.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, other EMEA languages are a plus.

• Mindset & Drive: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and customer focus.

• Change Leadership: Comfortable taking calculated risks and driving change in dynamic environments.
