Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards
Develop documentation for service-related issues and resolutions
Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues
Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes
Educate customer representatives about product usage and maintenance
Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge
Address customer inquiries in a timely manner
Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues
Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSc) - preferred
5+ years of experience in the Middle East market
Skills:
Expertise in testing and commissioning of switch gears, both low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV).
Proficiency with transformers, service electricians, industrial electricians, and service technicians.
Comfortable working with both 1-phase and 3-phase systems- have a strong understanding of these areas will not only help us meet our project goals but also maintain high standards of safety and reliability.
Technical expertise required for the startup and commissioning of 3-phase UPS systems.
Well-versed in battery backup and emergency supply protocols.
Strong communication skills, customer focus, flexibility, and ability to work with different cultures.
Able to follow instructions.
