    Position summary

    tract, relationship with customers

    • To exchange customer's information

    • To have major customer relevant information and manage customer account.

    • Communication with Sales Engineering: for customers technical request, Marketing, Communication, Catalog, Trade show, Sample.

    • Communication with R&D Department for New product development.

    • Communication with Production planning for booking forecast and to follow delivery schedule.

    • Communication with Quality team for customer's quality issue.

    • Communication with Global related teams.

    Qualifications:

    • University graduate.

    • Minimum 5-years related work experience.

    • Basic knowledge of electronic devices and components. Sales experience and knowledge in the general industry / railway market is preferred.

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office software.

    • Basic knowledge of English skill, preferred score of TOEIC: around 600.
