programs - from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes that align with Eaton's business goals and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication strategies.
Monitor program performance using KPIs and drive corrective actions as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement and lean principles throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Skills:
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities.
