Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited institution or in lieu of degree at least two (2) years of Field Service experience
Minimum of two (2) years of customer facing project coordination experience
Must reside within the West Coast of the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree in Engineering or other technical field
Minimum of two (2) years of Power Systems, Battery technologies and/or Electronics experience (coursework and internship experience apply).
Electrical industry expertise and product knowledge
Prior experience working with contractors and project coordination
Proficiency in applications required for job function (Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft O365)
Experience with Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS)
Position Success Criteria:
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers for assigned projects
Initiate escalation calls with technical support to ensure timeline resolution
Leverage centralized resources to manage projects
Initiate work orders for projects in collaboration with the dispatch team to get orders assigned to technicians
Manage work orders to completion and collaborate with finance for invoicing
Act as the technical liaison between customers, and field service engineers to efficiently carry out daily tasks (documentations, energization permits, LOTO, customers, project portals)
Serve as the customer's advocate by relaying the appropriate level of urgency to projects managers and escalating issues as required
Pursue continuous learning of products and applications related to CPS UPS's, and Data Center Product Distribution (DCPD) products
Provide daily updates to project managers on the status of the projects
Manage meetings with on site general contractors to ensure timeline milestones
